Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Kautilya ("we", "us") handles when you use tech.kautilya-pe.com, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Kautilya is a technology consulting and custom software firm based in Mumbai, India. You can reach us at dev@pocket-fund.com.
What we collect, and why
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company (optional) and message you enter. We use it only to reply to your enquiry. The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-processing service, which handles your message on our behalf.
- Calls you book. "Book a call" opens a Google Calendar appointment page. What you enter there is handled by Google under its privacy policy, and we receive the booking details.
- Emails you send us. We keep them to run the conversation.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
We do not run advertising, we do not use analytics or tracking tools on this site, and we do not sell personal information.
Cookies and third-party content
We do not set cookies of our own, other than remembering your choice in the cookie banner in your browser's local storage. A few pages use third-party services:
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
- One case study uses the GSAP animation library from cdnjs (Cloudflare).
- One case study embeds a YouTube video. It loads only after you choose to play it, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube may then set cookies under its own policy.
You can change your cookie choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
How long we keep information
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation or for our records, then deleted. Ask us at any time and we will delete yours sooner.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Write to dev@pocket-fund.com and we will respond.
Children
This site is for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
